The Department of Food & Nutrition at St. Anthony Community Hospital is staffed by a Registered Dietitian, with a Masters Degree in Nutrition from New York University, who is available to answer any of your nutrition questions. Graduates of the Culinary Institute prepare meals for our patients. Our goal is to prepare tasty dishes while strictly adhering to the food guidelines provided by your physician. Outpatient Nutritional counseling is available through a Physicians referral.

The Food & Nutritional Department is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM daily.
