Due to patient confidentiality, we do not provide any information about our patients via e-mail. We cannot confirm a patient's condition or any details on a patient's progress. For this information, please call 845-986-2276 and a hospital operator will kindly assist you.

* If you are looking for a copy of a birth certificate for someone born at St. Anthony Community Hospital, you must contact Town Hall, Town of Warwick Town Clerk/Registrar Karen S. Lavinski 845-986-1124 ex. 248 or visit their web site at townclk@warwick.net
