  • Does the hospital and Dr. participate with my insurance?

Patients can learn about their coverage by calling their insurance company or visit their insurance company website. Be sure to ask if a referral and/or precertification is required for the specific type of service that is requested. .

  • Do I have a copay/co-insurance to pay before my service is provided?

It is required by your insurance company that it is the patient responsibility to pay their co- pay at the time of service. Since co- pay and deductible amount can vary, patients need to contact their insurance company for this information.

  • What other bills should I expect besides the one from the hospital? Or, Why did I get a bill from these ancillary areas when I thought my insurance covered my entire stay/service provided at SACH?

St. Anthony Community Hospital offers options for Financial Assistance. Forms can be obtained in the Registration Department or at the Cashier Office.

  • Do I need an appointment for the service that I require?

To find out if an appointment is required, you may call St. Anthony’s Hospital at 845-986-2276 and ask for the specific department that you need.

  • What are the hours of operations for routine appointments for the laboratory and radiology department?

Outpatient Hours for Radiology: Monday – Friday:8am-7pm Saturday: 9am- 3pm Sunday: 9am -2pm Lab hours of operation: Lab Outpatient is open from 7:30am-7pm Monday to Friday and from 7:30am to 4pm on Saturdays, 7am -2pm on Sundays.

  • Who do I call for my surgery arrival time?

The Coordination of Care Department will be calling you for your arrival time. If your procedure is on Monday, you will receive a call on Friday.
